New chapter for Collier Pickard: Welcoming new ownership

Collier Pickard is pleased to announce a new chapter in our journey. After many years at the helm, founders Mike Collier and Simon Pickard have taken the well-earned step into full retirement. Their vision, dedication, and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Collier Pickard into the trusted CRM and process management consultancy it is today.

While the company name remains unchanged, we are delighted to introduce our new owners, Ollie Bartlett and Laurie Probert, who will continue to build on the strong foundations laid by Mike and Simon. Both bring fresh energy, experience, and a commitment to the same values that have always guided Collier Pickard: educating clients, empowering teams, and helping businesses evolve.

This transition marks an exciting moment in our story. With Ollie and Laurie’s leadership, Collier Pickard will continue to provide independent CRM consultancy and process management expertise, supporting organisations across the UK in unlocking growth through smarter systems and better communication.

We thank Mike and Simon for their many years of service and wish them the very best in retirement. The Collier Pickard team looks forward to the future with confidence and enthusiasm under Ollie and Laurie’s ownership.
