Collier Pickard team update: Welcoming new faces & saying goodbye

We’re excited to share that Collier Pickard is growing! As we continue to support our clients with expert CRM consultancy, we’ve expanded our team with two fantastic new hires. At the same time, we’re also saying goodbye to a valued team member who has been an integral part of our journey over the last five years.

Welcoming our new team members

Nikita Somani – Technical Assistant

Nikita joins us as a Technical Assistant, supporting clients on Infor CRM alongside our Senior Technical Consultant, Steve Robertson. With a strong background in artificial intelligence and problem-solving, she’s already proving to be a valuable asset. Nikita is also developing her expertise in Creatio, ensuring our clients receive the best technical support possible.

Amy Harrington – Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Amy joins as Executive Assistant to our Managing Director. With over ten years of experience in administration and finance, she’s dedicated to streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Her solution-focused approach and friendly nature make her a great addition to the team.

Saying goodbye to Matthew Head

After five years with Collier Pickard, Matthew Head, CRM Consultant, is moving on to new opportunities. A key member of our Maximizer CRM team, Matthew has been known for his exceptional communication skills and his ability to connect with clients across diverse topics. His dedication to customer success, particularly in guiding clients through the sales process and beyond, has been invaluable.

We’d like to thank Matthew for his hard work and commitment over the years and wish him all the best in his next chapter.

As we continue to evolve, we’re excited about the future and the new talent joining our team. If you’d like to connect with our new team members or learn more about how we can support your CRM journey, feel free to get in touch!
