An IT Provider Recommends

Collier Pickard Referrals Title ImageVery often when somebody recommends us to their client, the client doesn’t have a clear view of the system they want, only a clear view of what it should do for them.

This was the situation recently when we were asked to speak to a start-up. The founders were well known in their high-value niche and had the experience to know what they wanted the system to deliver. Their experience also told them that the systems they had used historically were too cumbersome and inflexible for what they wanted in their new venture.

We showed them that the flexibility of Maximizer CRM would enable them to map their complex sales process into the system easily and give them the flexibility to further develop processes as the business grows.

This client was relatively unusual in as much as they wanted Collier Pickard to do all the configuration and data import for them, leaving them only needing to be trained in using the system. We are very happy to transfer as much knowledge to people as possible but will fit in with whatever the client or their advisors recommend.

The IT provider is happy that recommending Collier Pickard has improved their client’s processes and cemented their reputation as a key supplier.

If you think that you can strengthen your relationship with your clients by recommending Collier Pickard, then we will be very happy to talk through how you would like it to work. Please give me a call on 07721 613 182 or fill in the form below.
