This article on client acquisition is the first in a series of three articles that looks at how Maximizer CRM is used as a sales tool. Sales and marketing have always been at the forefront of business operations and the importance of these teams can never be understated. As we move through this recovery, sales and marketing have become even more important, as the survival of most businesses now rely heavily on their ability to generate leads and secure new business.

Maximizer is a CRM tool that functions not only to develop and retain current clients but certainly equips sales and marketing teams with everything that they need for client acquisition. The generation of leads is vital for any business, having the tools necessary to ensure that you are visible to your prospective clients gives the teams the edge that they need to keep sales pipelines flush with opportunities.

Marketing teams put a lot of work into client acquisition. Most websites these days have “Get in Touch” forms where interested potential clients can fill in their information so that the sales teams can engage with them. That prospect can then be picked up by the relevant sales executive and the business process is initiated.

The campaigns can be tracked in real-time looking at aspects like successful deliveries, opens, click-throughs and more.
