Maximizer CRM 2019 is here! What’s new?

Maximizer CRM 2019 has been released, and it’s designed to make it even easier for you to cut through the noise and focus on what matters most – developing leads, driving sales and delivering value to your customers.

This new release contains some of Maximizer’s most significant enhancements to date, including Lead Management and a new native Mobile Sales App, which enables you to qualify leads and manage the sales cycle from start to finish, both in the office and on the move.

So what’s new in Maximizer CRM 2019? Some of the exciting new updates include:

New Leads Module

With the new streamlined Leads module you’re able to manage and qualify leads in a single, easy-to-use workspace so you can focus on your most profitable targets. This means that good, progressive leads can be quickly and easily converted into opportunities, whereas the bad/non-leads are not carried over into the database at all, meaning that data quality is maintained which makes GDPR much easier to manage.

New Mobile Sales App

In addition to the fully featured Mobile Access website, there is a brand new Mobile Sales App with a simple interface designed for sales people on the road, to arm you with key information and notes about your customers, leads and opportunities. This features offline caching so you can add notes about your meeting or phone call whilst it’s fresh in your mind, and update your leads and opportunities, even when you have no internet access.

Smart Search with filters

Quick Search has been enhanced to help produce more accurate search results, by tailoring your search on specific fields, such as Address (address line 1, address line 2, city, state/province, zip/postal code and country). You can combine as many parameters as you need to further narrow your search.

Search in Notes following tab

In the Notes following tab for Address Book entries, Opportunities or Customer Service Cases, you can now search for notes. Enter the text into the search field and press the Search button to search for notes in the selected entry. You can use the filter to specify other parameters such as date range and note types. When you open a note after a search, the text that matches your search string will be highlighted.

Categorise emails that have been saved with the Outlook Add-in

New to On-Premise Customers: this feature was released to Maximizer CRM Live in April 2018.

In Outlook you can now mark the emails that have been saved to Maximizer entries using an Outlook category. In the Preferences for the Maximizer Outlook add-in, a new option has been added which allows you categorise saved emails.

Receive your personalised Notifications by email

New to On-Premise Customers: this feature was released to Maximizer CRM Live in April 2018.

You can now receive notifications by emails. In the Notification Manager wizard, there’s a new option for “Send an email when this notification arrives”. In the email that you receive, you can click the link to open the entry in Maximizer.

Global edit Process and Stage for Opportunities

You can now Global Edit the Process and Stage fields in the Opportunities module. These two fields need to be edited together. Selecting one field in the Field Picker will add both fields into the Global Edit dialog. You will need to select a process and then select a stage.

Flexible Deployment under a Subscription Model

Maximizer will continue to offer two deployment options, Cloud or On-Premise, with this release. “The growth of our cloud business has been impressive however, there continues to be a need for an On-Premise solution. We are committed to continue to offer our customers this choice of deployment but will be marginally adjusting our pricing from v2019 to be able to afford to do so” says Vivek Thomas, President at Maximizer.

When to expect your Maximizer CRM 2019 upgrade

It won’t be long before you can get connected with the new feature enhancements. CRM Live customers have already been upgraded, while on-premise subscribers and maintenance customers can request their upgrade, with shipping starting in December.
