What that means is CRM allows you to run the marketing campaign to attract new customers, it helps you track all your interactions (emails, calls, customer service cases, invoices, etc.) with current customers helping you retain and then develop them.

When looking at all your CRM options, you need to decide what you want from that system – what problem are you trying to solve? If all you’re looking for is a basic CRM to track your contacts and interactions, then you shouldn’t be spending thousands on a system. However, if what you want is a system that can integrate with your tech stack, automate processes, and provide advanced business analytics then there are plenty of options for you as well.
