Creatio Process Designer

Creatio Process Designer Title ImageIf you’ve had a look at our Creatio page or even the Creatio website, you may have come across Studio Free. This is Creatio’s free process design suite that lets you design process diagrams with simple visual tools and manage all the processes in one place.

Well, with the release of Creatio 8.0 Atlas, it’s not just the product that is getting an update but the messaging as well. The Creatio product suite consists of:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Service
  • Studio Enterprise
  • Creatio Process Designer (formerly Studio Free)

What is Creatio Process Designer?

Like the above point says, Process Designer was originally known as Studio Free. Having both Studio Enterprise and Studio Free could be confusing at times – what was the limitation of Studio Free? Why would you want to get Studio Enterprise over Studio Free? To make things clearer Creatio has changed the name to Process Designer.

Right, now that we’ve got that out of the way, what is Process Designer?

The short answer – Process Designer is a no-code platform for automating procedures and creating apps with the maximum degree of Freedom.

‘Freedom’ is very important, but I’ll get on to that in a minute.

The long answer – Process Designer allows you to design process diagrams with simple visual tools and manage all those tools in one place. Process Designer allows you to play around with these processes for free.

Collaborate with your team on process design so that you can get everything ready before you purchase the full Creatio suite or, if you have a member of your team without Creatio licenses, they can help you build processes to improve your system.

Why Freedom?

I said I’d get onto why this is important and here we are. Freedom is one of the three main pillars of the Creatio ethos. Studio Enterprise, and by extension Process Designer, gives you the Freedom to own your automation through unlimited no-code customisation.

Creatio users have complete control over their automation. Unlimited flexibility, the ability to construct apps without writing a line of code, and a universe of ready-to-use templates and connectors that enable Freedom (see where we’re going with this). Creatio enables users to create no-code applications while also boosting organisational capacity.

So, that’s ‘Why Freedom’.

Want to find out more about Creatio and how it can help your business? Or, maybe you want to find out more about no-code? Feel free to fire any question our way and we’ll do our best to help.
